Balfour Beatty JV to Build the 8300 Douglas Mixed Use Development in Preston Center
Balfour Beatty, in joint venture with ANDRES Construction, has been selected to construct the 8300 Douglas Avenue development in Dallas’ Preston Center area. On behalf of RAMROCK Real Estate, LLC, Balfour Beatty and ANDRES will provide construction management services and general contracting to deliver the 8300 Douglas Avenue project. Designed by HKS, the 8300 Douglas Avenue development will include a 12‑story office tower, a 16‑story multifamily residential tower, structured parking for both office and residential uses, at‑grade retail space and a series of shared and residential amenity decks designed to support a walkable, mixed‑use environment in Preston Center.
