Come on in!
Check out the lobbies of Hazel & Azure at National Landing! In Arlington, VA our team completed two 14-story mixed use buildings totaling 527,000 square feet with ZOM Living. Hazel features 492 apartment units and Azure is a boutique tower with 189 apartment units. Both have amenities like e-lounges, luxurious pools, and club quality fitness centers with beautiful D.C. skyline views. Congratulations to the team for completing this impressive project!

It's a Full House
Our Seattle Howard S. Wright team recently hosted its annual charity poker night, with 88 generous donors contributing $9,000 to Virginia Mason Franciscan Health's Nurse Residency program. We welcomed clients, architects, subcontractors, and industry partners for an evening of friendly competition to support an incredible cause. Every dollar raised went towards accelerating nurse training—reducing onboarding from 18 months to just 18 weeks through their structured residency program. Our partnership with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health continues to strengthen our community's healthcare infrastructure when it is needed most. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making a difference!
A Bridge to Prosperity
We're honored to join Bridges to Prosperity in celebrating the completion of the Kiziba Trail Bridge! Despite being unable to travel to Rwanda this year due to the Marburg virus, our teammates were proud to support the project from afar. The Bridges to Prosperity organization joined members of the local community to construct this bridge, which will support more than 2,800 community members' safe passage over the Nyamusanze River.
