BPM Real Estate Group has selected Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, to build its 1.1 million-square-foot, mixed-use Block 216 development in downtown Portland, Ore. The 35-story, high-rise tower will be anchored by a Ritz-Carlton hotel, bringing the luxury hospitality brand to Portland and Pacific Northwest for the first time.

Balfour Beatty has been ranked the top interior/tenant improvements contractor in the Southeast by Engineering News-Record (ENR). The industry publication’s annual Top Contractors list ranks general contractors based on national, regional, and market sector-specific revenue.

Osprey, Toll Brothers Apartment Living’s newest Atlanta community, tops out in West Midtown by general contractor Balfour Beatty. The 13-story, mixed-use development is designed to maximize project density by leveraging an off-site manufacturing platform to construct the project’s entire tower structure.
