As Vice President, Operations, Dave Dlugosh leads Balfour Beatty's Central Texas office. Before joining Balfour Beatty in 2021, he successfully delivered several notable local projects in our key markets, including the RiverSouth office building, Omni Resort at Barton Creek additions and renovation, and Dell Seton Medical Center.
