As Vice President/Business Unit Leader for Balfour Beatty’s Austin and Arizona offices, Justin Maletic provides executive-level leadership to support the growth and profitability of both offices. With over 21 years of experience in the construction industry, Justin brings proven expertise in operations, business acquisition and strategy to this role. Professionally, Justin is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), an Associate DBIA with the Design-Build Institute of America, and an active member of the Lean Construction Institute (LCI). Justin holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from San Diego State University. Justin is deeply committed to advancing the construction industry and is passionate about fostering high-performance teams.
